Welcome to Proov. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the Service

Proov provides projects, scorecards, and verified proof records. You agree to use the platform only for lawful educational and professional purposes. You must not attempt to abuse the system, submit malicious code, or circumvent our review mechanisms.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account credentials. Proov is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

3. Intellectual Property

The projects, code, and content you submit remain your intellectual property. However, by submitting content to Proov, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze your submissions solely for the purpose of providing the evaluation service.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may also delete your account at any time from your settings. Deleting your account erases your personal data and uploaded files, while records needed to keep certificates you have already earned verifiable are retained in pseudonymized form, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
