ProoV projects are challenges built on demo data and graded against a rubric. A pass earns a certificate that anyone can verify online. Ambassadors bring that to their university.
What you do
Three things. No fixed calendar, no quota.
Finish one project
You cannot recommend an experience you have not had. If nothing on the platform fits your field, request a project on Explore and tell us you did.
Help the students around you
Answer questions, point people at the right project, say what a good submission looks like. This is the part that matters most to us.
Organise something on campus
A workshop, a session, a study group around a project. Whatever you can manage, whenever suits you. Email us how it went, and a person on our team will read it.

- 10 when you are accepted. One credit starts one project, and you can ask for more with a credit request.

Planned, not built: credits you can hand out to students at your university, as a monthly pool with a cap per student, plus swag and ProoV-run campus events. None of these has a date, so none of them is a promise. We do not offer event budgets either. When a campus shows real activity, we come to you.
Applying
Who can apply
- Any enrolled student. Undergraduate, master's or PhD, on campus or fully online.
- Any country. Everything above works the same everywhere.
- Somewhere you can reach students: a course group, a society, or your own following.

- Apply from your ProoV account. Five minutes.
- We review applications every week and email you the decision.
- Your code and ambassador page are ready the day you are accepted.
- You choose what to run first, and when.

What people ask us.
Is the role paid?
No. There is no cash and no stipend. What you get is the list above.
How much time does it take?
A few hours a month, on your own schedule. No posting quota, no follower minimum, no sales target. If thirty people on your course finish a ProoV project because of you, you are the person we are looking for.
Are there unlimited credits, events or swag?
Your own credits exist. You get 10 when you are accepted and can ask for more. It is a set number, not unlimited.
Credits to give out are planned, not built. The plan is a monthly pool with a cap per student, not an unlimited supply.
Campus events, event funding and swag are not built. No ProoV campus event has a date and no swag is ordered. We would rather say that here than have you find out later.
Will you pay for something I organise on campus?
Not today, and we are not going to promise it. Anything you run, you run at whatever scale you can manage yourself. A room, a laptop and ten people is a real session.
What does happen: we watch what each campus produces, and when one shows real activity we come to you about doing something bigger together. That approach comes from us. There is no form and nothing to claim.
Can I join from outside Germany?
Yes. Your code, your credits and the projects work the same in every country. Campus events run by ProoV are planned, not built, and none has a date.
Can more than one student be an ambassador at my university?
Yes. Each ambassador has their own code, and the students who join with it count for that ambassador only.
Does the jobs portal work outside Germany?
Anyone can browse the listings and the projects matched to them. The listings are openings in Germany, and applying to one needs the right to work there.
