Built an end-to-end warehouse robotics coordination prototype for Black Friday surge operations: framed the bottleneck as aisle and dock congestion, implemented optimal single-agent A* on a grid, then extended to centralized cooperative A* with vertex and edge reservations to prevent collisions. Validated realistic fleet policies for deadlock recovery, staggered charging, and dispersed idle parking, and backed the executive recommendation with simulator evidence and a scoped pilot ask.
