Aswath .s completed Amazon Robotics - Black-Friday Fleet Coordination

Built an end-to-end Amazon Robotics fleet-coordination solution: framed the Black-Friday bottleneck as aisle and dock congestion, implemented A* on a 4-connected grid, extended it to centralized cooperative routing with vertex and edge reservations, and tuned charging/idle policies to sustain collision-free throughput. The final pitch translated simulator evidence into a concrete pilot recommendation for leadership.
