Built an end-to-end profit-paradox analysis: framed the business problem with a KPI driver map and data audit, wrote correct SQL to compare category and regional margins, and isolated the main profit drivers through a structured root-cause view. Also translated the findings into an executive narrative and recovery scenario focused on margin repair without sacrificing growth.
