Built an end-to-end profit-diagnosis analysis that started with structured hypotheses and a KPI driver map, then validated the data, solved a regional margin SQL task with the correct formula, and isolated the main profit drivers through a ranked root-cause view. The work culminated in a quantified recovery forecast and a prioritized executive recommendation set focused on input-cost hedging, logistics redesign, and discount discipline.

What stood out6
- Correctly computed regional margin as (revenue − cost) / revenue and joined discount data by region.
- Identified the main profit drivers in the right order, led by raw-material inflation, then logistics inefficiency, then discounting.
- Produced a credible recovery scenario with quantified levers and a clear projected profit/margin outcome.
- Wrote recommendations that are explicitly prioritized and ROI-aware, including a tradeoff on exiting loss-making OEM contracts.
- Structured Hypothesis Formation
- Leakage-Free Business Diagnosis
