Built an end-to-end profit-diagnosis analysis that started with structured hypotheses and a KPI driver map, then validated the data, solved a regional margin SQL task with the correct formula, and isolated the main profit drivers through a ranked root-cause view. The work culminated in a quantified recovery forecast and a prioritized executive recommendation set focused on input-cost hedging, logistics redesign, and discount discipline.
