Built an end-to-end profit-paradox analysis: framed hypotheses and KPI drivers, audited the data, wrote the core SQL analyses, isolated the main profit drags, and turned the findings into a prioritised recovery plan. The work connects technical analysis to executive decisions with clear numbers, a credible forecast, and stakeholder-ready messaging.
