About the employer

  • Unterstützung der Projektleitung, Teamleitung und Abteilungsleitung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Pflege von Online-Plattformen (Confluence, Jira, Sharepoint)
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsunterlagen, Projektplänen, Ablaufdiagrammen, Netzpläne sowie Formulare und Richtlinien nach Vorgabe
  • Erstellung / Dokumentation von Prozessen nach Vorgabe
  • Unterstützung bei organisatorischen Tätigkeiten
  • Laufendes Studium z.B. im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL oder Logistik & Supply Chain Management
  • Erfahrungen bei der Konfiguration von Atlassian Jira
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office Anwendungen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Teamorientierung und eine Eigenständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
