As a Senior Product Designer (f/m/d), you shape intuitive and impactful digital products by leading user research, product discovery, and end-to-end UX/UI design activities. You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform user needs and business objectives into high-quality design solutions while driving consistency through the continuous evolution of the design system.

By mentoring fellow designers and championing user-centered design, you contribute to delivering innovative digital experiences across the organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Leadership of product strategy and user-centric discovery through user research, stakeholder engagement, and translation of insights into design requirements
• Validation of business assumptions and product concepts through data analysis, user feedback sessions, and evidence-based design decision-making
• Definition of product vision and design strategy aligned with business objectives and user-centric principles
• End-to-end solution design and prototyping for digital products, including SaaS and AI-enabled applications, from concept to high-fidelity implementation assets
• Collaboration with cross-functional Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to ensure design quality and successful product delivery
• Contribution to design system evolution, AI-driven design innovation, and mentoring of junior designers to foster continuous improvement and design excellence

What You Bring

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Communication Design, Product Design, or a comparable digital design discipline
• Long-standing professional experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product leadership from concept to market
• Proven experience in SaaS and subscription-based business models within enterprise digital product environments
• Extensive collaboration experience with engineering and software development teams in cross-functional enterprise settings
• Strong expertise in UX/UI design, user research, prototyping, and development and scaling of design systems
• Solid skills in Agile methodologies, data-driven decision-making, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and project leadership
