- Working hours: 20 hours per week
- Working model: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)
- Support of personnel management and daily operations
- Work closely with the HR Shared Service Center
- Participate in administrative HR processes and handle requests from employees and managers according to defined processes
- Collaborate on HR projects, including advanced development and process optimization initiatives

- Knowledge required:
- To earn a bachelor's degree, ideally in the fields of business administration, human resources, human resource management, psychology, law or a similar field
- Fluent in German and English with strong oral and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong interest in learning
