What you would do

  • Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung, Forecasting und Erstellung von Monats-/Quartalsberichten.
  • Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Abweichungsanalysen zu Personalkosten, Fluktuation und Rekrutierung.
  • Aufbereitung von Reports, Dashboards und KPIs (z. B. Taktzeiten, Ausbringung, Personalausgaben, Fehlzeiten) in Excel oder SAP.
  • Finanzplan und Analyse der Produktionsstandortes
  • Zusammenarbeit mit allen Fachabteilungen, Ad-hoc-Analysen sowie Vorbereitung von Präsentationen für die Führung.

  • Erfahrungen im MS Excel, ERP-Systemen (SAP)
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik (Bachelor/Master) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Erste Erfahrung im Controlling, z. B. als Werkstudent; Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (SAP) von Vorteil.
