Position Overview

As a junior consultant with a client focus on the Chemical, Pharma and Medical Devices industry

your role

is to collaborate with clients to *understand* their unique *business needs*, *analyze* existing *processes* and *provide guidance* for the successful implementation of IT solutions. You will get to work alongside in projects with consultants and senior consultants to contribute for the success of the overall project, while developing a deep understanding of the industries we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of IT solutions for clients, working closely with project teams.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into practical solution concepts.
• Configure and develop applications, interfaces, and system components based on project requirements.
• Support system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to workshops, presentations, and project discussions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, specifications, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with Consultants, Solution Engineers, and Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Continuously develop technical, consulting, and industry knowledge through training and hands-on
• Participates in training sessions, workshops, and meetings to understand and implement industry best practices and methodologies.
• Conducts necessary data entry, database maintenance, and report generation, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Production Engineering and Computer Science or related

Experience: Entry-level position, with internship, co-op, or academic projects related to the chemical, pharmaceutical or medical devices industry is a plus

Working Conditions

Based in Bad Vilbel, Germany, with at least 3 days onsite per week. Temporary position for 18–24 months.
