Ihre Aufgaben
A security clearance Ü2 is needed. CVs in English are required. The jobholder works as a Change Operational Deployment Officer (d/f/m) and the main tasks are:
● Interface to Development: In coordination and support to the Change Operational Deployment managers, establish and maintain a close collaboration and exchange with the respective E2E PMTD to seamlessly connect development and deployment activities, actively contributes to On Quality,
On Time, On Cost delivery of PMTD solutions
● Orchestration & Delivery: Steer the end-to-end process from demand trigger to feedback loop, ensuring consistent deployment across PMTD solutions and stakeholders, to actively contribute to On Quality, On Time, On Cost delivery of PMTD solutions
● Portfolio & Compliance: Govern the offer & forecast (Training Plan) and ensures Solutions are developed/maintained in line with Air Power rules and regulations (e.g., myPULSE processes, security classification requirements)
● Strategy Selection: Validate deployment logic based on anticipated registration types and Solution types provided by Multi Functional Teams, ensuring flexibility and compliance for Business Key Users and end users
● Training Paths & Role Enablement: Coordinate the definition of Training Paths per business role and ensures structured categorization (Enabler/Mandatory/Optional), supporting role-based enablement and access readiness where applicable
● Session Planning & Deployment Execution: Plans, schedules and coordinates Sessions end-to-end
● Training Plan & Forecasting: Maintain the integrated training plan, anticipation plan and quarterly forecasts to ensure transparency on status, upcoming demand and resource planning
● Communication & Feedback: Drive communications (e.g., Spark, monthly session communications) and runs the automated trainee feedback loop to continuously improve relevance, quality and uptake
● Reporting : Manage and update Deployment deliverables in the Scheduling tool, connecting to the E2E PMTD Process chain. Reporting related to Development & Deployment topics within AP Extended PMTD team
● Collaboration: Responsible for collaborating with deployment team, i.e. contributing needs to change impact analysis
● Change Operational Deployment (COD) Support: Supporting all transversal COD activities Personal requirements:
● Excellent communication and facilitation skills
● Ability to work across functions, and to influence and persuade program stakeholders amid conflicting priorities
● Experience working in international teams and environments

Ihr Profil
Studium
● Mindestens Diplom oder Master in Betriebswirtschaft oder
● Mindestens Diplom oder Master in Ingenieurwesen
Berufserfahrung
● Grundkenntnisse Change Management oder
● Grundkenntnisse Projektmanagement
IT
● Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office
Sprachkenntnisse
● Gute Kenntnisse in Englisch
Sonstige Fähigkeiten
● Experience in Google Workspace is desiredExperience in standard scheduling tools (e.g., Unified Planning, JIRA) is a plus
