What Muhammad demonstrated

Built a supply-chain rescue plan for a fictional SAP manufacturer by isolating the true bottleneck, the single-sourced critical component with roughly two weeks of cover, and translating it into a concrete business case. Designed a Joule-style copilot that reads live supplier-health and inventory signals, recommends the next action, and escalates high-stakes decisions to humans. Sized an honest €134,000 recoverable-value case and pitched a 60-day, two-person pilot with a clear success target.
