What Pratham demonstrated

Built an end-to-end Amazon Robotics coordination prototype for Black Friday surge operations: framed the bottleneck as aisle congestion and dock contention, implemented admissible A* on a 4-connected grid, extended it to centralized reservation-table cooperative planning with vertex and edge reservations, and validated a 200-robot simulation showing zero collisions and zero deadlocks under staggered charging and dispersed idle parking. The final memo translated simulator evidence into a concrete Zone 3 pilot ask.
