What Yuvraj demonstrated

Built an end-to-end warehouse fleet coordination prototype for Black Friday surge conditions: modeled the FC as a grid world, implemented optimal A* pathfinding, and extended it to centralized cooperative A* with reservation tables that prevent both vertex and edge collisions. Validated a realistic operating policy with staggered charging and dispersed idle parking, then used simulation evidence to recommend a single-zone pilot to leadership.
