Built a beginner SOC incident response workflow end to end: triaged a phishing intrusion, identified anomalous authentication activity and key indicators of compromise, drafted a GDPR Article 33 breach notification, and summarized the incident for leadership. Also translated the lessons to the Continental case by prioritizing MFA as the control most likely to reduce damage.
