What Madeeha demonstrated

Built an end-to-end demand forecasting analysis on 9,648 historical transactions: explored sales by time, region, product, and channel; decomposed the monthly series to confirm trend and seasonality; and compared moving average, linear regression, and SARIMA models with a strict chronological holdout. SARIMA delivered the best accuracy, and the final executive summary translated those results into inventory and channel strategy recommendations.
