What Yugank demonstrated

Built an end-to-end warehouse robotics coordination prototype for Black Friday surge conditions: framed the bottleneck as aisle congestion and dock contention, implemented admissible A* on a grid, extended it to centralized reservation-table cooperative planning with vertex and edge collision prevention, and validated a realistic fleet policy with staggered charging and dispersed idle parking. The capstone simulation showed zero collisions and deadlocks with sustained throughput, and the final memo made a concrete pilot ask for a single-zone FC rollout.
