What Anuj demonstrated

Built an end-to-end warehouse robotics coordination prototype for Black Friday surge conditions: framed the bottleneck as aisle congestion and dock contention, implemented optimal single-agent A* with Manhattan heuristic, extended it to centralized cooperative A* with vertex and edge reservations, and validated a realistic policy stack with staggered charging and dispersed idle parking. Backed the design with simulator evidence showing zero collisions and a clear throughput trade-off, then packaged it into an executive memo with a scoped pilot ask.
