Built a beginner SOC incident analysis that correctly triaged a phishing intrusion, identified anomalous authentication activity including impossible travel, extracted real indicators of compromise, and mapped the attack to the cyber kill chain. Also produced a structured incident report and recommended application control as the single most impactful mitigation in the Continental case, showing practical judgment and clear security communication.
