Built an end-to-end beginner SOC incident response workflow for a phishing-led account compromise: triaged the email indicators, traced the suspicious 02:14 Rotterdam login in logs, mapped events to the kill chain, and chose a containment sequence that cut access first. Also drafted a concise GDPR Article 33 notification and translated the method to the public Continental case with an evidence-based control recommendation.
