Built an end-to-end profit-paradox analysis: framed hypotheses and a KPI driver map, audited the data for issues, wrote correct SQL to compute category and regional margins, and used pivot/root-cause analysis to isolate the main profit drains. Delivered a boardroom-ready narrative with a forecast, prioritized recommendations, and an executive verdict grounded in the numbers.
