Built a credible supply-chain rescue plan for a fictional SAP manufacturer by identifying the true bottleneck as a single-sourced critical component with only ~2 weeks of cover. Designed a Joule-style copilot that surfaces the next best action from live supplier and inventory signals, paired it with clear human-escalation guardrails, and backed the proposal with a defensible euros-saved estimate and a bounded 60-day pilot ask.
