Built a complete modernization and bug-fix pass for KM-Waechter: corrected the wear calculation, handled missing service readings safely, fixed the nightly report’s average and crash path, and repaired the hidden mileage-conversion helper bug. Also added the missing regression test, wrote a data-driven breakdown-risk analysis from fleet_history.csv, and validated the result with the project’s acceptance script.
