Built an end-to-end profit-paradox investigation: framed hypotheses and KPI drivers, audited the data, wrote correct SQL to quantify category and regional margin patterns, and isolated the main profit leaks through a Pareto root-cause analysis. Then turned the findings into a board-ready recovery plan with prioritized recommendations, a forecast, and a concise executive verdict.
